Job Description

As the Manager of the Design & Planning Department at ABS Fujitsu General Pvt. Ltd., you will oversee the development and implementation of design solutions for HVAC and MEP projects. Your role will be pivotal in leading a team of professionals to ensure projects are efficiently completed in alignment with industry standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of designers, engineers, and planners, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met. - Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects. - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams. - Utilize industry-standard software to create detailed design plans, layouts, and specifications. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and develop suitable design solutions. - Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses to inform design decisions. - Review design documentation for technical accuracy and adherence to project requirements. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. - Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations on project status and key performance indicators. - Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to enhance satisfaction and promote business opportunities. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to design and planning. - Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with design and planning activities. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, requirements, and constraints to manage project risks effectively.
