Job Description
Allocate projects within the team to ensure proper utilisation Review all concept drawings, shop drawings for the project created to ensure they meet all the specification and requirements of the client Review the fabrication, MTO, cutting list, glass sizes etc prepared by the team and ensure the same are sent to the factory team timely as per schedule Guide and resolve design related queries of the team Implement new process approach for design creation for improving efficiencyEnsure all design records are maintained by the team and the same are submitted to factory and project team regularly Assist, guide and monitor team members in their day to day affairs Ensure that team is well equipped with the required knowledge and skills to perform their job Motivate team members for better performance Address teams" issues or grievances Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Design: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
