Role Description WABAG is looking for Manager / Deputy Manager Proposals with experience in the water sector, preferably in industrial segment Roles & Responsibilities To develop technical solutions by evaluating technologies and processes for wastewater treatment, wastewater recycle and water treatment projects for Global Oil & Gas and Industrial sector water market To prepare competitive technical proposals, which include process design, unit and equipment sizing, equipment list, BOQ, process flow diagram, P&ID, Layout, utilities and other technical parameters. Estimation and costing Prepare budgetary proposal based on the conceptual process design, equipment sizing and technical specifications of EPCC bidding contractors / FEED consultants. Preparation of costs and budgets for submission to clients, consultants, FEED consultants. Enquiries to vendors for their quotations, rate analysis with database and negotiation with vendors for competitive costing. Review of Cost in line with tender specifications. Study scope of work, process design parameters, tender Specifications and highlight the key design parameters for optimization. Identify key cost drivers for estimation & costing. To develop competitive bids and to achieve target order booking with desired Contribution Margin. Ensure value-added support to Detail Engineering and Procurement for design and cost control. Ensure Team Motivation, Development and Retention. (Uphold WABAG Standards and build performance culture across Proposal Department) Implement and monitor systems and processes and enable standardization with the objective of improvement of productivity Job Location Pune, India Educational Qualification BE/B.Tech in Chemical/ Mechanical Year of experience 8 16 years of experience in EPC companies preferably from Water sector,
