Job Description
Overview The Manager CS (Event Tech) plays a key role in leading and managing the Event Tech customer service team. They are responsible for ensuring the successful execution of event technology solutions and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the event lifecycle. This position is crucial in maintaining high client satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.
