Long Description Cont'd Enhancement of existing collateral and creation of new collateral in line with brand guidelines to ensure accurate expectation setting and effective service Contributing in scaling up and reengineering the operations of the customer care function to match the growing business need & consumer expectations Design, implementation & continuous refinement in CRM system implementation to enhance the teams productivity and efficiency Long Description Cont'd Version control and standardization of legal communication in the customer life cycle Rapport building with the client in the best possible ways when warranty is applicable. Long Description Cont'd Resolving customer queries. Highlighting to higher order whenever/wherever necessary. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Ensure timely collections.
