Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Corporate Sales to lead marketing and sales initiatives for the prestigious Stellar Gymkhana Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic corporate tie-ups, promotional activities, and targeted marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on hospitality industry experience. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate client acquisition and relationship management. Promote club memberships, banqueting, events, and other facilities to corporate clients. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging both traditional and digital media. Utilize social media platforms to drive engagement and visibility for the Club. Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches to prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality and corporate segments. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Regularly visit clients and prospects across Noida and Greater Noida. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any field; MBA in Marketing preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate sales within the hotel or travel industry. Sound knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotion strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with the Noida and Greater Noida corporate market is essential. Must possess a valid driving license and own conveyance to travel locally for sales activities. Preferred Attributes: Professional, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
