Way of Working-Remote- Working remotely all days, and attending Quarterly meet-ups called Jamboree Job Description: Manager - Corporate Commercial will play a critical role in overseeing the commercial functions and leading a team to drive efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: A. Team Management: : Oversee and manage a team of 15-20 members, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. B. AR Management : Responsible for the reconciliation of AR receipts to the bank, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. C. Commercial Oversight : Serve as a sounding board for the Commercial team by running watch towers and dashboards, conducting retailer calls (Customer Care Team), and performing bill audits. D. Legal and Compliance Coordination: Coordinate with the Group Legal & Compliance team for handling legal cases against collection agents and retailers. Work closely with HR for salary deduction cases and other compliance-related matters. E. Efficiency and Technology Improvement: Drive efficiencies in commercial operations by monitoring and implementing checklists. Solve technical problems and validate automation to enhance tech efficiencies.
