We are seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Corporate Business Development at Reliance Retail based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The primary purpose of this full-time position is to enhance Investor Relations and corporate strategy by managing investor communications, facilitating strategic decision-making, and driving business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities include: - Investor Relations Support: Facilitate communication and engagement with investors and board members, manage and coordinate earnings announcements and statutory disclosures. - Corporate Strategy: Conduct in-depth industry research, develop insightful thought papers, benchmark industry standards and competitors, design and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to track key business performance indicators. - Business Development: Spearhead identification and establishment of new business ventures, drive partnerships and acquisition initiatives, oversee end-to-end deal process for successful integration and execution. Primary KPI focus areas: - Investor Engagement & Satisfaction - Quality and impact of business proposals - Number of new business opportunities identified and pursued - Accuracy and usability of MIS in tracking key performance indicators Additional KPIs include: - Progress on strategic initiatives - Effectiveness of market research and competitive analysis - Efficiency and timeliness of deal negotiations and closures - Innovation and creativity in business development strategies Requirements: - CA/CFA/MBA in Finance with 3 to 5 years of experience in Consulting or Investment Banking. - Strong knowledge of corporate business development and financial analysis, expertise in market research, analytical tools, and business case development. - Proven experience in negotiating and executing business deals, ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships.
