Job Description
We are looking to fill up an immediate position for a Manager-commercial leasing for one of our upcoming under-construction prestigious project in Central India. Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in commercial Real Estate with retail leasing focus, excellent negotiation and communication skills. Develop and execute strategic leasing plans, analyze market trends, maintain client relationships, conduct property tours, drive Business development initiatives and should have a successful track record in closing the deals. Position will be based out of Nagpur with occassional travelling to Mumbai to meet the clients. Decent salary package is offered to the deserving candidate commensurating with his experience.
