About The Role This individual will be responsible for overseeing the pricing needs of the organization. The role will include analysis of industry trends and studying the trends and behaviors of target markets. The role will also involve cross-departmental interactions along with customers to understand the costs of the products and targeted profitability across the portfolio. What you will do day-to-day Be part of the pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters. Assist the pricing manager with pricing negotiations of customers proposals. Manage end to end pricing processes and ensure timely response to the customer requirements Analyzing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors Understand the route to market models for each targeted territory including the duties and tax structure involved Maintain and regularly update a pricing history database for the entire portfolio along with competitor analysis database What are we looking for You have prior experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives and creating pricing process documentation You possess a strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts. You have excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. You have strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data and have strong attention to detail 2-3 years of work experience in a similar field,
