Job Description
Shall be responsible for Techno-commercial evaluation of tenders for Civil Works, Coordination with relevant concerned stake holders, Collection or market rates / inputs, risk assessment, evaluating possible cost optimization measures and costing of tender BOQ. Preliminary evaluation of tender technical specifications & drawings for civil works Coordination with tender team & design team for detailed technical evaluation of tenders Identification of potential risks & raising technical query if any for the same Coordination with Site Visit Team for collection of site inputs & local market rates Deployment of technical agencies during initial stages of Bid for preliminary activities like soil investigation / hydrology / bathymetry to ascertain the site & for better competitive design. Evaluation of design BOQ against the tender requirements Evaluation of possible cost optimization measures as per the tender requirements Collections of quotes / offers from market/ subcontractors for critical & major items. Costing of tender BOQ Collection & evaluation of competitor technical & execution strategy. Maintaining cost database of tenders Competitor Analysis & Identification, Evaluation and Introduction of New Vendors/ sub-contractors from market Understanding of civil GFC drawings from design team, internal estimation of the same, identification of relevant contractors for work execution, floating of enquiries, follow-up and collection of quotations;,
