This role is ideal for someone with 6+ years of experience in real estate B2B sales, CP sourcing, and building a robust partner ecosystem. Preference will be given to candidates from North India with in-depth knowledge of the Pune luxury property market. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) to generate leads for high-end residential projects. Design and execute CP engagement strategies to maximize sales productivity. Train and support CPs in understanding luxury project USPs, pricing, and customer engagement. Regularly monitor CP performance and ensure conversion targets are met. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for joint promotional campaigns and events. Ensure proper documentation, email confirmations, and booking transparency. Handle CP agreements, commissions, and compliance tracking. Manage proactive follow-ups with the accounts team when CPs are associated with multiple projects. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 6 years in Channel Partner Management / Business Development within the Luxury Residential Real Estate segment. Strong network of real estate brokers, CPs, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Proven ability to drive CP engagement and close high-ticket sales through B2B channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with Punes luxury real estate market preferred. Preferred Candidate: North Indian candidates preferred for client base alignment.
