Role Overview: The Manager Business Operations will be pivotal in driving Exotels growth by overseeing key operational functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing procurement, and fostering strategic partnerships. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in contract management, telecom relations, and data centre networking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Management: Lead the negotiation, creation, and maintenance of contracts with vendors, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure contracts align with business objectives and comply with legal and regulatory standards across multiple regions (India, Indonesia, KSA, Dubai, and others). Develop risk mitigation strategies and manage contract disputes effectively. 2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure business operations comply with local laws, industry regulations, and telecommunication standards in all operating regions. Stay updated with evolving regulatory frameworks and coordinate with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary policies. Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry associations to maintain smooth operations. 3. Business Partnerships & Alliances: Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and enterprise clients to enhance business opportunities. Identify new strategic alliances that align with Exotels growth objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize partnership benefits. 4. Telco & Carrier Relations: Manage relationships with telecom network operators, SMS providers, and OEMs to secure favorable terms and ensure uninterrupted operations. Negotiate service agreements and maintain strong working relationships with global telecom partners. Drive initiatives to enhance voice and messaging services across markets. 5. Data Center & Data networking: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of networking infrastructure within data centers. Ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable network architecture to support business growth. Work closely with IT and infrastructure teams to enhance system resilience and uptime. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 12+ years of business operations, contract management, procurement, or related fields, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector. Education: Graduation Expertise in: * Contract negotiation and vendor management Project Management Regulatory compliance in the telecom industry Strategic partnerships and alliance management Telecom carrier and OEM relations Data center networking and infrastructure oversight Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and operational efficiencies. Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with global stakeholders. Must have - Delivery management, project / Program management, Stakeholder management Preferred - Knowledge of CCaaS, CPaaS, Contact centre operations. Knowledge on SIP, SMS technical knowhow.,
