Job Description: Responsibilities: Direct the implementation and adherence of agile practices within assigned areas, ensuring consistency with corporate agile transformation goals. Provide guidance and mentorship to Scrum Masters and agile teams, enhancing their effectiveness and agility. Develop and implement agile policies and procedures within the framework of company standards. Manage and resolve impediments affecting the agile transformation process within your area of responsibility. Analyze and report on agile metrics to track the effectiveness of agile practices within your domain. Facilitate strategic planning sessions, including resource allocation and roadmap development for agile initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, organizing training and workshops to enhance agile capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and Engineering leaders, to ensure cohesive agile practices. Manage the activities and performance of Scrum Masters and agile teams, ensuring alignment with departmental goals. Ensure a safe and productive work environment, adhering to quality standards set by the company. Key Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in managing agile teams, with a focus on software, hardware, QA, or related engineering disciplines. Proven ability to lead agile transformations and manage Scrum or other agile methodologies. Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of guiding and motivating teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Familiarity with agile tools and software. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Agile-related certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent. Experience in transitioning organizations from waterfall to agile methodologies. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 2+ years of coaching experience in agile methodologies. Effective vendor management skills and experience in handling administrative tasks and delegating work. Experience in managing distributed or remote teams.
