Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Leadership Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Lead and manage the administrative team to ensure high performance and productivity. Collaborate with senior management to align administrative functions with organizational goals. Facilities & Infrastructure Management Oversee maintenance and security of office premises and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Vendor & Contract Management Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare and manage the administrative budget. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all administrative activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting. Support Services Supervise office support services including housekeeping, transportation, and cafeteria. Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or related field. Exp: 10 to 15 Years,
