Role Description We are seeking graduates in finance or semi-qualified CAs (drop-outs) for full-time, on-site position in Mumbai. The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing accounting for US-based clients and supporting teams with regular management reporting. Key Responsibilities Review accounting for US-based clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Offer consultancy and advisory services tailored to clients" unique business needs. Manage and deliver timely and accurate management reporting for US-based clients. Support CFO office activities, including financial analysis, planning, and reporting. Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to clients. Qualifications Graduate in finance or semi-qualified CA (drop-out). Extensive experience in account finalization and review. Proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
