Job Description

1. Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories through aftermarket distributor in the assigned territory. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, aftermarket workshops, retailers and other stakeholders. 3. Training & Development: Train, motivate, and monitor MSIL distributor performance to ensure sales targets are met. 4. Territory Management: Effectively manage the territory assigned. Ensure regular visits to distributors and its customers, identify new business opportunities and report market trends. 5. Competitor Information : Discuss & Initiate action on competitor activities and provide insights on counter measures to mitigate market specific challenges from time to time. 5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on MSIL products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with distributors and customers. 6. Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, including setting targets, identifying opportunities, ensure required investments and necessary resources. 7. Performance Monitoring & Annalysis : Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. 8. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints and issues promptly. 9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to MSIL policies, process, and regulatory requirements. 10. Reporting : Timely reporting of sales figures and activities at assigned reporting levels,
