Job description As the one responsible for managing all operations of a particular branch, a Branch Manager has various duties and responsibilities. Here are some of them: Hiring, training and evaluating branch employees Setting and achieving the branchs business goals Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to organizations policies Preparing and managing the branchs budget Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors and the community Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch Handling Operations of the Branch Developing and attaining Sales Goals Managing and retaining Staff Conducting Training & Development for the Staff Day to Day Accounts and Finance updates Reporting to Head Office Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation Experience: 2- 3 years in Nidhi/NBFC/Insurance mandatory Skills: Good Communication and managerial skills.
