Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic SuccessFactors Presales Manager to lead our presales efforts and drive successful client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, exceptional presentation skills, and a proven track record in a presales environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Lead and manage presales activities, including client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution design for SAP SuccessFactors. Solution Design: Develop tailored SuccessFactors solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and RFP responses that highlight the benefits and value of SuccessFactors solutions. Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on the features, benefits, and technical aspects of SuccessFactors modules to clients and internal teams. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, address challenges, and develop effective strategies to close deals. Demo Preparation: Design and deliver customized product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of SuccessFactors solutions. Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide relevant insights and solutions. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT managers, and C-level executives. Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of SuccessFactors solutions with client expectations. Training & Development: Mentor and train junior presales consultants and team members on best practices and SuccessFactors functionalities. Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve presales processes and solution offerings. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of [2] years of presales experience in SAP SuccessFactors or related HR technology solutions. Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Compensation. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions for complex client needs. Project Management: Experience managing multiple presales projects and engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
