Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding business objectives and goals to drive sales.
- Generating client leads to buy, sell a property.
- Market activation and channel partner empanelment
- Relationship management with Channel Partners.
- Updated information about competitive analysis.
- Maintaining regular sales reports on regular basis.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.
- Good interpersonal and marketing skills.
