Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding business objectives and goals to drive sales.
  • Generating client leads to buy, sell a property.
  • Market activation and channel partner empanelment
  • Relationship management with Channel Partners.
  • Updated information about competitive analysis.
  • Maintaining regular sales reports on regular basis.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.
  • Good interpersonal and marketing skills.
