Job Description

As a Management Trainee (US Recruiter) at Lancesoft, located in Vadodara, Gujarat, your main responsibility will be to source resumes from various job boards, screen profiles, and shortlist suitable candidates based on the job/client requirements. You will be expected to engage in cold calling, schedule interviews, negotiate salaries, and manage job offers. Collaboration with team leads and managers will be essential to meet set targets within specified time frames. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent communication skills. Candidates with a background in Customer Support, BPO, International BPO, or Voice processes will have an added advantage. It is crucial that you are comfortable working night shifts and from the office. Some prior knowledge of recruitment processes is also necessary. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule from Monday to Friday. An attractive salary package along with incentives will be provided. Local candidates from Vadodara, Gujarat, are preferred, or you should be willing to relocate to Bangalore immediately.
