Job Purpose We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Legal Trainee to join our dynamic legal team. The candidate will assist with the management of legal documentation, and compliance issues, and provide support in legal research and contract drafting. Principal Accountabilities Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents. Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and requirements. Conduct legal research on real estate laws and current industry practices. Prepare briefs, memos, and reports for internal use and review by senior legal staff. Participate in meetings with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders as required. Assist with real estate transactions, including due diligence and closing processes. Maintain and update legal files and databases to ensure all information is current and accessible. Help prepare materials for internal training and presentations on legal matters affecting the company. Performance Measure of Success Key Relationships Qualification and Experience Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited law school. Interest and/or coursework in real estate law, contract law, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,
