As a Managed Service Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with various Derivative Exchanges, Clearing Brokers, and FIS teams to support the front-to-back trade lifecycle, from post-trade execution to settlement. Your role will involve building partnerships with clients" oversight and control groups, trading desks, and client services to ensure the proper execution of contractual commitments in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures, Risk & Control Framework, and Service Level Agreements. You will be tasked with enhancing the day-to-day services, control environment, and overall client experience while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a "we challenge" mindset. The ideal candidate should hold an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance, or an equivalent level degree. Additionally, having 2+ years of experience in Operations or working in a multinational bank or financial institution is preferred. Strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills for client interaction, and the capacity to work effectively in a high-pressure environment requiring elite-level organization and multitasking within time-sensitive parameters are essential for success in this role. This is an entry-level professional individual contributor position at FIS, where you will address problems of limited scope following standard practices and procedures with detailed instruction on new tasks.
