Job Description
As a Marketing Manager specializing in B2B and Events, you will play a key role in driving footfall at our mall located in Shivaji Nagar, Pune. Your primary focus will be on developing B2B marketing strategies, fostering partnerships, and executing engaging events to attract customers. The ideal candidate for this position should possess hands-on experience in B2B marketing, event planning, and partnerships, particularly within the retail, real estate, or event management industries. Your responsibilities will include nurturing relationships with brand partners, agencies, and corporate clients, designing effective B2B marketing strategies to attract brand activations and promotional partnerships, as well as securing deals for mall spaces for events and exhibitions. You will also be responsible for planning and executing themed and seasonal events, collaborating with vendors and sponsors, managing event budgets, and maintaining event calendars to ensure smooth execution. In addition, you will be tasked with creating and implementing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing mall footfall, analyzing customer traffic data to optimize campaign effectiveness, launching engagement campaigns across various platforms, and working with creative teams to develop online and offline promotional campaigns while ensuring consistency in branding across all touchpoints. Monitoring competitor activities and proposing innovative marketing strategies will also be part of your role. To succeed in this position, you should have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, event planning, or mall marketing, along with strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Knowledge of footfall-driving strategies, marketing analytics, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Industries such as real estate, mall operations, event companies, or brand marketing are preferred backgrounds for this role.
