You will be joining a leading real estate development company that specializes in open malls and residential colonies. The company's goal is to create vibrant and well-managed commercial spaces that elevate shopping and lifestyle experiences. Your role as a Mall Manager will involve overseeing the daily operations, tenant relationships, and overall success of our open mall properties. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Mall Operations: Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the mall. - Building Tenant Relations: Maintaining strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring lease agreements are followed. - Driving Sales & Revenue Growth: Collaborating with tenants and marketing teams to increase footfall, sales, and overall mall profitability. - Organizing Marketing & Events: Planning and executing promotional events, campaigns, and activities to boost customer engagement and brand visibility. - Managing Vendors & Facilities: Coordinating with service providers, security, housekeeping, and other vendors for efficient facility management. - Improving Customer Experience: Enhancing visitor experience by upholding high service standards and addressing customer feedback. - Ensuring Compliance & Safety: Making sure that all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements related to mall operations are met. - Conducting Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring mall performance, preparing reports, and providing insights for operational enhancements. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Your work location will be in person at the mall property.,
