Job Description

As an EOT Crane operator, your primary responsibility will be to survey buildings and inspect mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. You will be expected to perform regular maintenance on electrical systems, including tasks such as replacing light bulbs and sockets, as well as cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels. Additionally, you will assist in the installation and maintenance of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, conducting repairs as needed. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining heating and plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly. You will be required to inspect alarm systems, such as fire and security alarms, and schedule repairs when necessary. Furthermore, you may need to perform manual repairs when required, such as fixing locks or replacing windows. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
