Job Description
- Preventive Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Breakdown Support:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
- Equipment Installation:
Assist in the installation, alignment, and setup of new machinery.
- Spare Management:
Maintain and request spare parts stock for uninterrupted maintenance.
- Documentation:
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service logs.
- Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures during maintenance work.
- Support Production:
Minimize machine downtime and support production efficiency.
- Team Coordination:
Coordinate with production, quality, and other teams for maintenance scheduling.
