Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure that work is performed effectively and efficiently
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, plans, and strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations
- Equipment Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures and ensure their implementation
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Assist technicians in diagnosing equipment malfunctions and complex technical issues

- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and carry out necessary repairs

Qualifications:
