• Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, plans, and strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations

• Develop preventive maintenance procedures and ensure their implementation

• Preventive Maintenance: Follow preventive maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks according to established procedures
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and carry out necessary repairs

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing a team and overseeing maintenance operations
