Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervision & Leadership Lead and manage the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of maintenance personnel. Provide training and guidance to ensure high standards of maintenance work. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and chemical processing issues and implement solutions. Coordinate with vendors and external contractors for specialized repairs. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures. Maintain records of maintenance activities and recommend improvements. Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate and prevent breakdowns. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safe work practices. Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Inventory & Budget Management Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure timely procurement. Manage maintenance budgets and control costs while ensuring operational efficiency. Optimize resource utilization and minimize waste. Collaboration & Reporting Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and improvement plans. Suggest upgrades and improvements to enhance plant efficiency and longevity.
