Job Description
As a Contract Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and quoting existing and new maintenance contracts for Direct and Partner accounts. Your role will involve calculating maintenance pricing based on new sale configurations and auditing existing customer account information for renewals by reviewing previous contracts and reconciling assets. You will also interact with vendors to obtain renewal maintenance quotes for 3rd party items and create AMC and SLS software assurance quotes. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing customer-facing maintenance quote documents and creating and updating SAP contracts and invoicing. This role requires 1-4 years of experience in the field and is based in Bangalore.,
