Vertical : Production Engineering Division : Tool and Die Engineering Department : TRD-G Job Location : Gurgaon Job Title : Sr Engineer Job Role : Shop in charge for maintenance (CNC Milling & Conventional Machines, Press machines & EOT cranes) Educational Qualification : 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Work Experience : 7 Yrs to 9 Yrs Job Responsibilities Able to read mechanical machine drawings. Able to resolve mechanical problems of Conventional machines, CNC machines, press machines and EOT cranes, with his practical hands-on experience. Planning & executing the preventive & predictive maintenance of all installed equipment's. Analyzing & reduce the repeat faults. (root cause analysis) Understanding of the Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits & analyses of problems. Able to prepare ISO and maintenance review documents. Should be flexible to work in shifts & different locations. Follow-up with AMC parties for timely completion of maintenance activities. Able to understand processes & make schedule. Quality work output without any Rework/Rejection. Daily monitoring & update of Schedule & daily work entry. Able to understand machine parts & store management system. Able to procure maintenance spare parts. Competencies/Skills : Good drawing reading skills. Good knowledge of Auto-CAD software. Good knowledge of computer (MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint etc.) Ability to coach, counsel, and manage the team. Hands-on experience in machine maintenance & decision-making as per requirement. Able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with different stakeholders Self-supervising within the guidance and expectations of direct management,
