Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hardoi. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of equipment. Duties include performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of all industrial and hydraulic machinery. The role involves diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and implementing timely repairs to minimize downtime. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance Experience in Corrective Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair Skills in Preventive Maintenance Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work in an on-site setting in Hardoi Technical certifications in maintenance or a related field are beneficial Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or heavy machinery industry is a plus,
