Job Description- The Manager will be responsible for the routine and preventive maintenance of the company's chemical plant machinery, as well as the implementation of new projects. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of electrical systems and automation. The role involves reporting to the Works Manager and ensuring that the plant's machinery is always in optimal working condition. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all plant machinery. Implement and manage new projects related to plant operations. Possess and apply knowledge of electrical systems and automation for maintenance activities. Report directly to the Works Manager on maintenance activities and project progress. Prioritize maintenance and repair tasks for company equipment and parts to minimize downtime. Control and monitor inventory levels, ensuring sufficient parts and materials are available for repairs. Review and manage repair cost estimates to ensure budget compliance. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service. Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and regulations. The selected candidate will be required to live in Boisar with family. Required Candidate profile Candidates should be Mechanical Engineering graduates with about 15-20 years relevant experience in chemical industry. The candidate must be a sincere and hardworking person with good organizing skills. Working knowledge of Autocad is a must. Must be proactive and must take initiative to improve maintenance standards and implement new projects.,
