Job Description: Maintenance Manager Location: Mohadi, Nashik Experience: 15+ years" experience in the above field. Qualification: A bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is typically required. Technical skills: Proficiency in PLC, CNC, Assembly Line, Mechanical Engineering and Utility. Preferably from Mechanical or electrical background. We follow best practices in the industry. Job Responsibilities: Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures that minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions. Supervising and managing the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement and compliance with health and safety regulations. Managing maintenance-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of equipment and facility upkeep. Liaising with external contractors and suppliers to acquire high-quality services and materials for maintenance projects. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance maintenance procedures and reduce costs.
