Job Summary:

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, repair, and upkeep of all hotel equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, timely resolution of issues, and maintaining guest comfort and safety by ensuring hotel premises are in excellent condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities (guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house).
  
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  
• Attend to guest complaints related to maintenance and resolve issues promptly.
  
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
  
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to schedule room repairs or shutdowns.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  
• Assist in handling emergencies such as power failures, equipment breakdowns, or water leaks.
  
• Monitor and supervise contractors and external technicians when needed.
  
• Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
  
• Support sustainability and energy-saving initiatives in the hotel.
