Maintenance Engineer Experience- 3 - 5 years Responsibility Planning Project, Plant & Machinery, Equipment, Utility services. Responsible for Preventive Maintenance of machines. Ensure zero breakdowns. Initiate, implement, and monitor NCs, CA / PA for breakdowns. Provide support in TPM activities (OEE-Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Ensure requirement of personnel, safety measures, during maintenance activity. Identify requirements of critical spares and their maintenance. Carryout PM as per plan. Initiate, implement, and monitor NCs, CA / PA. Maintain list and define methodology for Identification of machine maintenance. Review CA/ PA for breakdowns etc. Review Breakdown analysis. Responsible for Managing various materials, engineering and commercial aspects. Ensure Low Cost Automation. Follow Up of housekeeping and safety practices. Monitor On-job training of assistants / Operators. Responsible for Licensing with MIDC, MSEB,MPCB. Review of daily MTTR, MTBF, Machine Up-Time. Monitor Cost review to optimise maint. cost Monitor energy consumption Monitor and ensure effective implementation of 5S,Poka-Yoke & Kaizens. Ensure documentation &implemetation of TPM activities. Improve the safety environment in the entire plant.
