1. JOB PURPOSE:
Perform electrical and mechanical operations for preventive, corrective, or monitoring maintenance on a range of industrial equipment at the site, following safety regulations and applicable standards.

Hierarchical link: Production Head of the siteFunctional links: Maintenance Manager (France), all managers at the siteExternal relations: Service providers, subcontractors in India3. MAIN ACTIVITIESIn compliance with the internal regulations, safety rules for himself and others, environmental guidelines, and various instructions:
Diagnose malfunctioning of equipmentPrepare and carry out (replace, assemble, install, adjust, maintain, and inspect) corrective/preventive/monitoring maintenance interventions on site installationsIf necessary, submit requests for parts procurement for approval by the COO and the Maintenance Manager (France)Use the Maintenance Management toolFollow the schedule defined by the supervisor and report to relevant stakeholdersCarry out and modify installations based on improvement or optimization needsEnsure the resolution of regulatory non-compliance issuesAssist colleagues with other tasks, including production activities4. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITYFull autonomy to perform the assigned tasksWorks in compliance with procedures and deadlines; in case of difficulties, reports to the supervisorResponsible for the availability of equipment, resources, and buildingsEnsures the compliance of actions performed and the improvement of resourcesResponsible for safetyContributes to the overall safety of the company"Everyone is responsible for safety"Adhere to the company's ethical code5.
