As a Machine Helper at our facility in Bilaspur, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in supporting the machine operator and production supervisor to ensure the efficient operation of packaging machinery. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and starting packaging machines, supplying raw materials, monitoring machine operation, and assisting with adjustments and cleaning during shift changes or product transitions. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting finished products, ensuring proper labeling and packaging, maintaining cleanliness around the machine, and adhering to safety guidelines. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass, with preference given to candidates with ITI or vocational training. Ideally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment, a basic understanding of machines, and a willingness to learn. Physical fitness and the ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends when required, are essential requirements for this position. In this fast-paced manufacturing environment, you may be required to stand for long hours and work in noisy areas. The role involves shift-based work, including night shifts and weekends as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate production and downtime records and follow safety guidelines by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
