Zelvo Energy Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and proven experience in the sales of LV panels and switchgear products. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for Low Voltage (LV) panels and switchgear products. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LV panels and switchgear products, including technical specifications, benefits, and applications, to effectively present solutions tailored to customer needs. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their specific requirements and delivering value-added solutions and support. Sales Execution: Conduct product presentations, lead negotiations, close sales deals, and secure orders in alignment with business objectives. Technical Support: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to LV switchgear products. Market Intelligence: Perform market research to monitor industry trends, identify competitor activities, and uncover new market opportunities. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generate regular reports, and use insights to refine sales strategies and improve results. Communication & Negotiation: Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence key stakeholders and drive business growth. Analytical Thinking: Analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable plans that enhance sales effectiveness and market penetration. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Diploma in electrical engineering. 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in panel sales and switchgear products. Ready to travel to the job location. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, products, and applications. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
