As the Loyalty Manager at our establishment, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of recognizing and engaging our most esteemed Elite members by ensuring they receive a superior member stay experience. Your role will involve overseeing every aspect of the Elite members" journey, starting from pre-arrival and arrival experiences to post-stay feedback mechanisms. Additionally, you will be required to manage a section of the Loyalty Operations department to ensure the seamless operation of our loyalty program. To be considered for this position, you should possess a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university, along with at least 2 years of experience in loyalty management, guest relations, or a similar professional area. Alternatively, a 4-year degree in the aforementioned fields from an accredited university can be accepted with no prior work experience required. Your core responsibilities will include supporting the Marriott Loyalty Program by leading and mentoring team members, staying updated on Elite Member Benefits, Terms and Conditions, and collaborating with the Head Connector to oversee the connector team. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining Elite member satisfaction, coordinating day-to-day operations to meet Elite members" expectations, providing exceptional service to Elite members, and ensuring the smooth functioning of property operations.
