We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both internal and US-based positions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment. Shift: US/Night Job Location: Centura Square IT Park, Thane West Key Responsibilities: Understand and analyze hiring requirements for internal and US recruitment. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Schedule and facilitate interviews for internal and U.S.-based roles Conduct negotiations with candidates regarding compensation, benefits, and other employment terms to ensure alignment with company policies and expectations.
