Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Logistics Manager to lead operations at our rig support base. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role overseeing the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel between base and drilling sites. If youre experienced in oilfield logistics, team management, and thrive in a dynamic, safety-driven environment we want to hear from you. Ideal Candidate: 10+ years of logistics experience in oil & gas; 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in rig logistics, base operations & heavy transport. Proficient in SAP / Maximo / logistics platforms. Familiar with crew logistics, inventory, and documentation best practices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily logistics operations: transport, dispatch, and inventory. Manage warehouse staff, drivers, and dispatch teams. Coordinate rig supply runs and backloads (land & offshore). Ensure HSE compliance and proper handling of hazardous materials. Maintain accurate manifests, stock levels, and reporting via ERP systems.Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems Familiarity with fleet management practices Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Experience in distribution center operations is a plus Proficiency in picking, packing, and inventory control Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
