You will be responsible for driving various aspects of Tech-Driven Projects in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry, with a focus on EDI, automation, and system implementations. Your key responsibilities will include implementing new project standards, managing end-to-end EDI projects, leading documentation, testing, and stakeholder alignment, conducting training sessions for internal teams, and optimizing current infrastructure with a focus on innovation. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in Project Management or Business Analysis, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI project delivery. You should be proficient in working with UN/EDIFACT, ANSI X.12, API, and SFTP protocols. Additionally, familiarity with tools such as Power Automate, RPA, and knowledge of AI trends will be beneficial. As a Project Manager, effective communication skills are essential, with fluency in English being a must and proficiency in Mandarin considered a plus. Candidates with a background in Freight Forwarding will have an added advantage. While having certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous, we prioritize expertise and hands-on experience in the field.
