Job Description
Sr. Manager Logisitics
We are looking to for an experienced professional to lead a team and manage Domestic customer (B2C) and store (B2B) distribution in Logistics Vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end to end Deliveries of Shipments
- Coordinating with 3PL partners for performance, pricing etc
- Onboarding of new 3PL partners for improved performance
- Managing customer complaints for quick resolution
- Understand present processes, and identify areas of improvement to drive efficiency and reliability
- Ability to think of Tech enabled solutions for day to day activities
- Extracting, analyzing daily reports on key deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification- Graduation
- Experience of 8+ years into ecommerce Logistics
- Must have working in B2C delivery space either with e-commerce Marketplace or D2C company or with 3PL partners
- Must have good knowledge of excel
- Clear communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and organize activities based on priority
