Logistics Manager Location : ShindeWadi,Pune Role & responsibilities Responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of the Warehouse Operation, GRN Preparation, Dispatch, and Documentation. All administration work and facility management. Manage facilities and maintenance Office operations, Office Boy scheduling, and arrangement. Ensure quick response to all inquiries. Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with an automated system. Perpetual Inventory Audit compliance, Cycle count every month, Scrap accounting & disposal. Ensure Daily shop floor management in line with Safety requirements. Responsible for end-to-end material flow Loading, unloading vehicles, etc. Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services, Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3-4 years experience in admin and logistics Admin management, Warehouse management, Logistics management, Day-to-day dispatch, Transport Management, Inventory Control, GRN, Operation Management, Inbound Logistics, and good written & Verbal communication.
