Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Monitor, measure, and improve logistics performance and costs. Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations. Optimize routes and transportation methods to reduce costs and delivery times. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align logistics with company operations. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers. Supervise, train, and evaluate logistics staff and warehouse personnel. Maintain accurate reports on logistics performance, costs, and service levels. Handle logistics-related issues and resolve problems efficiently. Implement safety and compliance standards throughout the logistics process. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
