Documentation and Compliance: >Ensure all necessary documentation, customs forms, and invoices, are completed accurately and promptly. > Stay up-to-date with relevant local regulations and compliance standards related to logistics and cargo. > Customer Service & Relationship Management: > Communicate directly with clients to update them on the status of shipments and address any concerns or special requirements. > Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
