Job Summary: The Logistics and Dispatch Executive will manage the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery and optimal routing. This role involves coordinating with various departments, tracking shipments, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and customers. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods. Develop and optimize transportation routes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor and track shipments using logistics software and tools. Communicate with drivers to provide updates and address any issues that arise during transit. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate loading and unloading of shipments. Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory levels. Analyze transportation costs and provide recommendations for improvements. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics and dispatch. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree 2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
