The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in an international voice process, handling outbound or inbound calls. In this role, you will support logistics operations for US-based clients, ensuring timely communication, order coordination, and issue resolution. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in night shifts are essential.
