Job Description

Logistics Coordinator-
Notice period:- 30 Days Max
Budget:- Max 3.6 LPA
Interview Process:- 1 Telephonic,1 Face to Face
Location: - Basavanagudi, Bangalore – Karnataka.

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Organizing Vehicle and managing transportation & transporters.
• Handling transporters & drivers throughout PAN India
• Communicating with suppliers & customers /clients
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and transporters
• Preparing & maintaining accurate records in excel & emails
• Coordinating with accounts for invoice
• Doing the payment follow up

Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics management required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil is must. Telugu will be an added advantage.
• Should be from manufacturing/trading/food industry.
